Overview
Performance anxiety is often seen as a “make it or break it” situation. Some people excel under pressure, while others relentlessly avoid any kind of competitive situation (either between people, i.e competitions; or with themselves, like when projecting).
The Performance Anxiety workshop consists in three phases:
1. You will be given theoretical strategies to reduce your anxiety and improve your focus during pressure situations. These include thought management strategies, self-talk, eye-movement patterns and relaxation techniques.
2. You will have the possibility to apply them in a pressured setting.
3. You will be given an instrument where you record your thoughts and reactions. This instrument will be used by one of our coaches to provide personalized feedback.
