Overview

We can provide face-to- face climbing psychology coaching at a climbing centre/area near you. The benefit of this service is that it will be very personalised and tailored to suit your needs. Some of the topics we can look at are:

Some of the issues in climbing can be very obvious, some may be hidden away. We will usually have a pre-session conversation over the phone (free of charge), so we can best tailor the session to suit your needs and learning style.
