Overview
The workshop is designed to help you build a structure to deal with some of the psychological issues experienced in climbing. Sometimes understanding your clients can be tricky, or knowing how to support them can be a bit of a minefield. A lot of climbing is psychological, and knowing how to support your clients in all types of situations can be helpful. We would like clients to have a pleasant experience, and would like to come back to it.

The Climbing Psychology workshop is open to instructors and coaches. The workshop is to help you work on your own climbing performance, and recognise some of the common issues in your clients. And knowing how to support them, without it being traumatic, and associate postive experience with climbing, whether this is sport climbing, trad or indoor climbing.
The psychology of climbing covers so many topics, and we are flexible in the topics we cover on the day.
